Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LeaseLineage, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

LeaseLineage is a B2B outreach platform for licensed commercial real estate professionals. You may use it to prospect, send email campaigns, manage contacts, and track inbound tenant inquiries.

You may not use LeaseLineage to: send unsolicited consumer email (spam), harass individuals, violate any applicable law, or scrape/resell data from the platform.

You are solely responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other applicable email regulations in your jurisdiction. All emails sent through LeaseLineage must accurately identify the sender and include a functional unsubscribe mechanism (provided automatically by the platform).

Contact data sourced through the platform is licensed for your use within LeaseLineage only. You may not export and resell it. You are responsible for validating that contacts are appropriate outreach targets under applicable law.

Broker plans are paid subscriptions that renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by LeaseLineage. Taxes and usage from third-party services may apply as disclosed at purchase.

AI-generated drafts, recommendations, scores, and actions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing outreach, property information, recipient eligibility, and any action before relying on it. LeaseLineage may require confirmation before actions that send communications or delete or materially change data.

You authorize LeaseLineage and its service providers to process account, campaign, contact, mailbox, billing, and AI-request data as needed to provide and secure the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generate excessive spam complaints, or are used for illegal purposes. You may cancel at any time.

LeaseLineage is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including lost deals, deliverability issues, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
