By creating an account or using RealtorClaw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

RealtorClaw is a B2B outreach platform for licensed commercial real estate professionals. You may use it to prospect, send email campaigns, manage contacts, and track inbound tenant inquiries.

You may not use RealtorClaw to: send unsolicited consumer email (spam), harass individuals, violate any applicable law, or scrape/resell data from the platform.

You are solely responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other applicable email regulations in your jurisdiction. All emails sent through RealtorClaw must accurately identify the sender and include a functional unsubscribe mechanism (provided automatically by the platform).

Contact data sourced through the platform is licensed for your use within RealtorClaw only. You may not export and resell it. You are responsible for validating that contacts are appropriate outreach targets under applicable law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generate excessive spam complaints, or are used for illegal purposes. You may cancel at any time.

RealtorClaw is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including lost deals, deliverability issues, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
