Privacy Policy

When you register as a broker, we collect your name, email address, brokerage information, and market/asset class preferences. When you connect an email inbox (Gmail or Outlook), we store OAuth tokens to send on your behalf — we do not store message content.

Prospect contact data is sourced from Apollo.io and Hunter.io via their APIs. We cache discovered contacts in our database to avoid redundant API calls.

• To operate the platform: send outreach campaigns, track opens/clicks/replies, and manage your prospect pipeline.
• To improve the product: aggregate usage metrics (no personal data shared).
• To notify you: campaign activity, new inbound inquiries, and platform updates.

We do not sell your data. We do not share contact data with other brokers.

All outbound emails sent through RealtorClaw include an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests immediately and permanently suppress those addresses. Brokers are responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any applicable local regulations.

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@clawrealtor.com. Suppressed email addresses are retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests.

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

We use SendGrid for email delivery, Apollo.io and Hunter.io for contact enrichment, and Vercel/DigitalOcean for hosting. Each provider has their own privacy policy.
